Cancellation and Returns Policy
Dunwell Company hereafter referred to as: The Company, Shipper, We, Us, Ours and The Customer hereafter referred to as: The Customer, You, Yours:
1. Sales may be cancelled up to the time they ae shipped. Once an item has been transferred to the carrier, the order is not subject to cancellation. After your item is shipped, the sale is final
2. If you need to cancel the item after shipment, you may contact us for an RMA. To assure you receive full credit and avoid restocking and repackaging fees and, the items must be returned post paid by the customer in the original, unopened shipping container.
3. Shipping fees are not refundable.
4. Orders are shipped with insurance. In the event there is shipping damage, please contact the carrier and file a claim with them.
5. In the event there is a quality issue, please contact us at: sales@dunwellcompany.com and tell us what is wrong. We may ask for photos. We will address this promptly.
6. Sales on custom clothing, costuming, embroidery, etc. are final and not returnable or refundable!
