Dunwell Company hereafter referred to as: The Company, Shipper, We, Us, Ours  and  The Customer hereafter referred to as: The Customer, You, Yours:

1. This site is for the exclusive use of Dunwell Company and our guests and customers.

2. We DO NOT sell to people under the age of 18.

3. Items will be shipped withing two (2) business days.

4. We are not responsible for misdirected or undelivered packages.

5. All items will be shipped insured. 

5. In the event there is a missing package, we will provide you with tracking information so you can file a claim.

6. Shipping is not refundable.

7. If you would like to save the shipping charges, local pickup is available for free.  Please select free local pickup at checkout.  We will contact you for a pickup appointment.  Please do not miss your pickup time or there may be a fee to reschedule it.
